Book four contains a vampire with an artist’s heart but a jaded outlook, a free-spirited mortal who needs a husband fast, a quickie wedding, a human family with dangerous secrets, and two fated souls finding love in a hopeless place.

Immortal Assassins is just that perfect blend of bloodlust to protect those in need with the passion to find their one true mate. This time, it's Raphaels' turn, and oh boy, does he get a handful with the open to try anything and everything Haven. Haven has been wronged so much by his power-hungry family that he must turn to a quickie marriage in the hope of right some of these wrongs. The story Mia builds is that of both vengeance and forgiveness while deserved.

What makes Haven so endearing is his love for life and acceptance of all that comes his way even when so many have wronged him. Raphael is so afraid to accept love yet, so open to writing others' mistakes shows such a beautiful and open heart. Together, they just complement one another so well you know their fated. Yet another great addition to this phenomenal series.
